Physical Therapist who completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Arne also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, and has a Certificate of the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.
After completing his studies as an Exercise Physiologist in 2012, Arne worked for several research groups at the Alberta Diabetes Institute and Cross Cancer Institute conducting fitness testing and exercise programs for patients in their research studies. During his studies at the University of Alberta, he conducted fire fighter testing and fitness testing for the Edmonton Oilers, the University of Alberta Golden Bears, and University of Alberta Pandas.
Arne has always had a passion for sport. Arne grew up playing rugby and cricket in his home country of South Africa but enjoyed playing hockey, soccer, and lacrosse when he moved to Canada. Arne’s passion for sports has motivated him to become a Physiotherapist.
Arne has completed his Level 1 and 2 Anatomical Acupuncture, Complete Concussion Training, Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, and Ortho level 1 courses.
Arne uses evidence-based practice to assess, treat, and condition his patients. His treatments consist of therapeutic exercise, acupuncture, manual therapy, dry needling, and functional movement screens. Arne welcomes and encourages all.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who recently completed her Masters at the University of Alberta. Prior to pursuing her master's, she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Sports Performance in 2019. She has gained work experience across a variety of rehabilitation settings such as assisted living centres, hospitals, varsity sports teams, high-performance facilities and private physical therapy clinics.
Having been active throughout her life, Kim spent many years as a dancer as well as competing in biathlon and track and field. In recent years, she has developed a passion for strength and conditioning training and has competed in a number of Olympic weightlifting competitions. When she is not in the gym, Kim enjoys getting outside, rock climbing, dropping into a variety of fitness classes and finding local places to eat; feel free to give her your recommendations!
Kim believes in using evidence-based approaches as well as strives to collaborate with her patients to determine a treatment plan that is optimal for them and their goals. Her approach to treatment largely emphasizes education and exercise while also providing manual therapy interventions when appropriate. She enjoys working with all individuals and aims to foster a safe, welcoming and fun rehabilitative environment so patients can play an active role in managing their own physical therapy progress and success.

Fascial Stretch Therapist and Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. Sierra loves helping people reach their goals and help them with their highest potentials, it has been such a passion for her that she decided to make it a career and become a personal trainer and Fascial stretch and massage therapist. She really enjoys the strength training aspect of personal training but through learning more about mobility and working with Arne she has really found a passion for rehabilitation training. Rehabilitation and mobility training is what helped her really step up in her fitness journey. She is now offering personal training sessions and fascial stretching. Fascial stretching can help with clients who can’t stretch themselves, who are overly tight and to help the client relieve pain, increase flexibility and mobility. She also now offers Massage therapy to clients as well.

Shannon does many types of massages including, but not limited to, deep tissue, relaxation, as well as pre/post natal massages. She believes in a client-focused, goal-oriented approach working with you to reach your unique goals and helping to ease your pain. When she's not massaging she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two teenagers traveling to the mountains and abroad, as well as accompanying her husband on hunting and fishing trips so she can read a good book.
